The stunning mountain views are truly unparalleled, especially from the standard double room. Breakfast was a highlight with high-quality options, including homemade soup, and the spa was a delightful retreat. However, check-in was marred by poor communication, particularly about spa reservations and hidden costs. The complexity of the billing process made checkout frustrating.

We had an amazing two-night stay and adored the spacious rooms and spectacular views from our balcony. The spa offered a great massage and sauna. perfect for relaxing after a day out. The only hiccup was that the heated pool was an extra cost, but it's definitely worth it for the experience! 😄

I truly enjoyed the breathtaking views from my balcony, overlooking the beautiful caldera. The hotel's design is both elegant and inviting, with spacious areas that made it easy for me to navigate around comfortably.
Some noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep.

Stunning panoramic views, Luxurious spa facilities, Unique architectural design
Spa access fees were steep for the limited offerings!!! The noise between rooms made for a frustrating stay, and the lack of maintenance detracted from overall comfort!!!

The American pancakes for breakfast were heavenly, truly a culinary gem! The hotel’s spa offers a one-of-a-kind chilling pool experience, and the hiking trails around are stunning. The views from my room were beyond breathtaking!
The evening staff could have been more attentive, and there was some inconsistency with one of the salads I ordered multiple times. Also, some more info on the trails would have been nice.

This place suits me perfectly. The staff helped me return forgotten earpods, and their excellent support continued throughout my stay. Enjoy the spa and hiking trails while using the free Wi-Fi and restaurant services. I’m coming back next year!
